Description:	This javascript function checks whether a date is valid. Optional parameters allow you to choose between US and UK date formats and what deliminator to use to separate the dates.
Instructions:	check whether a date is valid by using the following format: var myDate = "29/2/2000" if (isValidDate(myDate,"UK","/") { alert('this date is valid') } else { alert('this is not a valid date') } in this case, the function will return false since february has only 28 days in the year 2000 (feb has 29 days in any year divisible by 4 except for centurial years which are not also divisible by 400) - the daysInFebruary ancilliary function checks how many days in february there are in this year.
