I've just downloaded and installed Blog Engine to a website. The whole process of installing, downloading and setting a custom theme, adding a post and changing admin passwords took about 15 minutes. It's really easy to use, and I am thinking of updating this website to using blog engine, or possibly creating a new site based on it.
