Today I have been checking the rankings for terms like cosmetic surgery manchester and weight loss surgery manchester and in both cases, we are getting very high rankings for two seo clients - www.surgicalweightloss.co.uk and www.andreamarando.com. It looks like the google ranking update has been very kind for these two sites because both sites are currently enjoying top 3 rankings for both keywords, whats even better is that andrea marando is number 1 for manchester cosmetic surgeon and the other site is number 1 for surgical weight loss.

Meanwhile, other SEO clients are also doing quite well, Medtel is still number 1 for Open MRI, Blue Medical now in the top 5 for Medical Marketing, still on page 1 for medical websites (although we're not pushing this keyword any more so has slipped down a couple of places).

Other Sites without SEO on them have dropped a bit of traffic, so it looks like the most recent google update has picked up more on the newer SEO tactics that we have employed and helped us make gains. For sites which has not had the SEO features installed in them, this might have caused them to lose traffic under the new algorithm.
