I noticed today that Google has started adding a star in the search results next to the page titles. When you click on that little star it turns yellow, and then that page will appear high up in your search results if you search for other relevent phrases. Google says that the 'starred' sites sync with your google bookmarks (it doesnt work with mine though) . Will do some more testing later to see if there is some setting that is required to make it work properly.
