If you google 'Vodafone are rubbish' you get 1.6million results. Little surprise then that my vodafone HTC magic (running Android 1.6) is no longer making calls. You can receive calls, but not make them; you can send out text messages but not receive them.

I used to have a Blackberry Storm 9500 with vodafone, but had to have it replaced twice in 2 weeks because it stopped working. Found out after I got the third phone that there was nothing wrong with the phones at all, and that 3 masts in the mobile network in my area were broken for 3 weeks. (even though the guy on the customer services line repeatedly told me that there was nothing wrong with the network and it was the handsets that were at fault).

If it was not a work phone that I didnt have to pay for I would cancel and go to another network a long time ago.
