Site popularity on the rise
Got the highest recorded number of unique visitors yesterday - 58, which is not very big compared with some sites that I manage, one of which has over 3,000 unique visitors a day, and if you add up the total number of unique visitors to all the websites that I maintain, it comes to about 300,000 visitors per month (thats just on the sites that we have analytics installed on, there are a few more that use different metrics).
Most of the visitors are either looking for javascript, PHP and ASP scripts, or are looking for the Jullian Gollop Chaos game. I've only recently installed analytics on the old html files from my old website so the stats now reflect how many people visit the older archived of this site.
I've not maintained the old version of the site since before IE7 came out, so theres no guarentee that it will work on whatever browser you are using. It was build using a javascript API written by a guy I used to know, Dan Pupius (apparently he's working for Google now developing the new Gmail features), however if I were to rebuild it now, I would probably use jquery or mootools, which support modern browsers.
